My role covers end-to-end site operations—coordinating material deliveries, verifying packing lists, managing workforce and equipment allocation, and overseeing on-site fabrication and erection. I ensure precision in vertical alignment, enforce execution plans, and maintain strict adherence to structural design, safety standards, and client specifications. I conduct quality inspections, prepare technical documentation and method statements, and track project progress through detailed reporting. By working closely with engineers, clients, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams, I resolve site issues efficiently and help deliver each project phase—from site development to final turnover—on time and to standard.

Horizontal & Vertical Surveyor

My extensive background in both vertical and horizontal surveying enables me to ensure precise site measurements for smooth project execution. I conduct detailed horizontal surveys to establish positions and alignments, using various techniques to provide essential data for excavation, grading, and foundation work.
